Great stuff guys, Anders is the perfect person to talk to. Now if I only I was able to get to all three of Anders' events this year! Sandblast 07 was my first event ever (all 50' we went into SS1 before DNF'ing) and it should be everyones, great fun, great town and you couldn't ask for a better organizer then Anders to make new people feel comfortable.

Anders & Amy are the real world Folk Heroes to a group of enthusiasts that rely on their energies as a catalyst for their endeavors. If everyday you wonder how to selflessly serve to make the world a better place,... then I challenge you Sirs to match Anders & Amy's Caliber and example. Few people posses this talent, us commoners are simply great-full for the opportunity to push ourselves, our passions, & our machines in an Arena where the "Caesar" is the Humblest servant of us all,... maybe it's the beers talking,... but Anders, Amy,... we love you Man!

Good Luck this Season & may you all have a Blessed Experience!

Great article and having helped organize motorcycle events in the past it is interesting to see Anders outlook. I had the fortunate experience of participating in the Sandblast Rally in 2009 (#166) and I must say for my first true racing event I had a blast. Well organized, the volunteers were great, the town was awesome and supported it whole heartedly (at least that I could see) - and when it brings approx $100,000 into the town (as we were told) how bad can that be? Now all I have to do it get over the 1 event hump and continue in the foray!!! - If no one has told you today, you are doing a Great Job!!! RallyMoto #166
