What is this?

You probably already know we interview one person at a time for the most part. Everyone has a story to tell and deserves a little time in the spotlight (and not always those already in the spotlight), but we also like to hear what our readers have to say about things. Sometimes, this helps us figure out who to chase down for an interview or gives a better idea what’s important to you.

How does it work?

We’re still figuring that out. We picture a network of concerned rallyistas who want to help out their brothers and sisters around the world. Someone tells us about a problem – they need help – and we publish a Gearbox Action Network Alert on the site. If you’re subscribed by email, you’ll get this notice right away and can offer your advice if you can’t help out locally.

We also think this would be a good way to get to know you better. We might post a question for the community asking about what forums you call home, how often you meet up with your local rally clubs, and so on. This is your chance to let us know what is important to you.

So yeah. This is one of the more beta parts of the site. If you’ve got any suggestions on how we might make this work to benefit the rally community, send them our way. We’d appreciate that!
